Learning to read and write is a huge part of the Reception Year. Developing your child's phonic knowledge plays a crucial role in this. At English Martyrs' we understand that all children are unique and learn in different ways. We therefore aim to provide a variety of learning experiences through child and adult led play and eventually more formal lesson times.
Our indoor and outdoor areas provide children with opportunities to explore, learn and engage with other children, as well as the world around them.
